We ship all of our products in special envelopes or boxes to protect them.

Normaly we deliver in all Europe with in 2 - 7 working days (after your payment). We are not responsible or liable for delays in shipment experienced. If shipping will take more time than 5 days we will contact you.

You only can return products in there original packing with in 7 days after receiving. Before returning you have to notice us via our website.
All costs for returning have to be payed by the sender and returns without notice will not be accepted.
